Goldstream Park Pot Luck lunch

The rain held off but it was a cool day, but not too cool to deter our fishing club from getting together and enjoying a meal of hot dogs with all the trimmings, baked beans, soup and a table full of desserts.

One of our members always donates flowers from her garden to grace our tables. This night we auctioned off the main centerpiece with was a lovely arrangment in a pumpkin.

August Corn Roast

A great turn out and super opportunity to catch up with club members .

It takes many years' experience to cook the wieners and onions just right and these guys do just that

thanks to all the members who provided such great desserts

We had a lovely day for our annual picnic a Bob and Marie Spooners. Great company, too much food as usual. The gardens were full of blooms of all colours adding to the beauty of the day

After a morning of fishing

The biggest brunch you can imagine with all the things they tell us not to eat..... bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes.

Yes we did catch some fish.

Fundraiser

What a great success. We had support from many club members donating items and helping out. The weather was great and we raised some money for the club.

Elk Lake Derby / Cookout

Several brave souls went out fishing and some of us just showed up for the food. We had a good meal of hotdogs, onions, saurkraut,

and a couple of desserts. Bill's fish were just under 2 pounds. I was too busy eating to take pictures
